A week in my (athletic) life: Tuesday
Tuesday is a pretty vanilla day in this athletic week. I hit Golds at lunch time to lift. Full body workout trying to hit the big muscle groups, legs, chest, back, core and a couple of arm exercises, you know for the guns ;)
In the past 2 weeks I've had several people call me skinny. It's definitely better then fat, and I'm ok with keeping my weight down (I'm actually about as light as I've ever been since high school), but skinny? That gives me a little added motivation. Golds is where, by routine, I usually weigh myself, after my workout and right before lunch so probably about as light as I'll be for the day. The count today, 165 and change. That is pretty light, but as long as I don't lose too much strength I'm ok with it. It'll hurt me a bit on the hoop court, but on the vball court the less weight the better!
