Birthday Week!

So it's the June 4754 birthday week (there is also a February one, and some other miscellaneous birthdays scattered throughout the year - TO, Tera, Brooke :) ). Anyway, Fab and I are now officially a year older this week - getting closer to 30 (he he). We celebrated his birthday last night at Hank's Oyster Bar, and then I believe he hit some other spots, but I am old now and went home to sleep, in preparation for my celebratory HH tonight. (I, of course, am having a birthday week, as is my MO. Jeremy took me out to drinks and dinner on Monday night, I had a cake at work on Tuesday, and I am going to Tapeo for drinks tonight - I am a rock star! :))

This got me to thinking about past 4754 birthday celebrations. We've had some house parties... There was the one with the band, the karaoke party, numerous cook-outs - those were so fun!! Oh, and then there were the celebrations at Fuji - so sad that place is gone. I remember one bday where we were karaoke-ing (is that a word?) in the back room, and when I went out to use the bathroom, I realized the whole restaurant could hear us! :) Oh, and then a couple of years ago, there was Fabian's birthday Hanukkah, where we went out every night for a week. I thought I was going to die that week - I was too old for that then. And then last year Jeremy threw me a kick-a** party at 4727, which reminded me of 4754 house party days.

Oh - and remember the multi-lingual birthday songs? So fun. :) And of course, I usually don't have a voice on my bday, because I have just gotten back from Nationals and have been drinking for 4-7 days straight, playing volleyball, cheering, and getting no sleep. *sigh*

Anyway, I was just getting a little nostalgic in my old age, so I thought I would share! :) Happy Birthday Fab!
