I'm off!!

So in a few hours, I'm off for a little vacation.

Since moving out here to Japan, I've had many opportunities to travel within Asia (Thailand, China, Vietnam, etc.), but now it's time for me to spend some time in Japan.

I'll be spending the next 8 days on the road (on the tracks, rather), exploring parts of Japan that I've never been to. I leave tonight at 9:30 PM... taking a night train all the way up to Aomori, which is the northern most point of the main island. From there, I'll slowly work my way back down to Tokyo, staying in small towns, hotspring resorts, and fishing villages.

I need to finish packing, but I'll post pics when I return.
